Our Founder
About Grace Clark
Grace Clark, the founder of Clark Financials Bookkeeping Services, has always had a passion for numbers and a heart for entrepreneurship. Hailing from Birmingham and having grown up in Homewood, Grace’s roots in the local community run deep. Grace’s mother managed the books for her father’s dental practice, and it was there that Grace first learned the value and art of bookkeeping—a skill that would eventually become her profession.
After graduating from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2021, Grace spent post graduation in a role with Corporate Accounting America followed by a role at a nonprofit organization where she was introduced to Oak Tree Ministries. This experience opened her eyes to the needs of children in her own backyard. Her work in East Birmingham has deepened her commitment to making a difference in her community.
She is dedicated to intertwining her business with community service, whether it’s through business owners mentoring local kids or offering services to those in need.
Our Team
Suhani Bapna
Suhani is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, and hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting functions. Her expertise spans financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and audit support, and she has led client onboarding, accounts clean-up, and variance analysis while collaborating closely with stakeholders to improve financial transparency.
She is adept at general ledger operations, accounts payable and receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and payroll processing. Her tools include Intuit, ADP, Trinet, Insperity, Bill.com, and Intacct. Outside of work, Suhani stays curious — exploring new ideas and industry trends — and unwinds by listening to music and making time for the activities that keep her focused.
Shivani Sengar
Shivani is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in statutory audit, tax audit, income tax, and GST compliances across diverse industries. She has independently led audits, handled tax filings, and supported financial statement preparation, bringing strong analytical ability and attention to detail to every engagement.
Her technical toolkit includes Tally, Computax, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), along with fluency in the Income Tax and GST portals. Organized, detail-oriented, and a capable client manager, Shivani pairs her professional work with a genuine passion for continuous learning — staying current with evolving financial regulations is as much a hobby as it is a discipline.
